Quality products that cost less

TKW is committed to developing innovative solutions which enable clients to manufacture better products whilst containing costs.
We have developed a production process where disposable substrates are created by combining spunbound and / or meltbown with fluff pulp in a single step, making it significantly simpler than complex card and spunlace systems.

Our technology eliminates hydroentanglement and the ensuing drying, and delivers manufacturers significant energy and cost savings.

Materials produced with Phantom and other co-forming technologies, even less current, are superior in providing a combination of hand protection and dirt capture, compared to those produced with traditional nonwoven production systems.

Phantom delivers greater fibre elongation compared to other co-forming technologies, resulting in a less rigid, more elastic product.

Phantom’s lower MDT / CDT ratio means a higher CDT and improved performance at lower weights.
